A Pre-Year-End Planning meeting gives us the opportunity to review your financial position before the end of the tax year and consider whether there are any actions worth taking before the year closes.


By reviewing your position in advance, we can identify opportunities, discuss upcoming decisions, and ensure you are making the most of the options available to you.

Topics we may explore during the meeting include:


  • your current income and tax position
  • opportunities to reduce or manage tax liabilities
  • Capital expendtiure planning
  • pension contributions and allowances
  • dividend planning for company directors
  • any upcoming financial decisions that may affect your tax position


These meetings are most useful before the end of the tax year, allowing time to take action where appropriate.


Pre-Year-End Planning meetings are included for clients whose service proposal includes this service. If it is not included, you can book a one-hour Pre-Year-End Planning meeting for £150 + VAT.


Most Pre-Year-End Planning meetings take around 30–60 minutes, depending on the matters being discussed.

Not used your annual Year-End Review Meeting?


If you have not used your Year-End Review Meeting within the last 12 months, you may wish to book that meeting instead, as it is already included within your service.
